They are now looking for an exceptional and experienced **Talent Acquisition Manager**to join their team at their Port Macquarie office. They invite anyone to join who is dedicated, motivated, and ready to adopt the core values of the service.
**About the Role**
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll use your expertise to lead the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of new employees, as well as provide advice on how to continuously improve these processes for the success of your team and the business. Working closely with the executive team, such as the general manager and director, the key purpose of your role is to develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans.
You will be a self-starter, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proven track record in Healthcare recruitment who believes in quality over quantity.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes
- Collaborate with HR team on HR initiatives as needed
**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2 to 3 years experience working in a similar role across either agency or in-house recruitment
- Demonstrate experience in Healthcare or Medical Recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Experience in a Healthcare environment (not essential, but desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ability to headhunt / source and build a talent pool
- Experience in a target-driven environment and a track record of achieving KPIs and targets
- Demonstrated experience using recruitment tools and technologies such as JobAdder
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
