As a Snr Project Engineer, you will require:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a similar role within façade engineering.
* Knowledge of façade performance requirements, including weatherproofing and thermal performance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a professional level.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

You will have the opportunity to work on a $250m, 39-level residential apartment tower with 170 luxury apartment located in the heart of Broadbeach. This role will see you take the lead as the Senior Project Engineer focusing on façade.
It is preferential that you have experience working in a tier 1 construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes. This particular project run till late 2027.
