We operate in over 38 locations throughout Victoria and Queensland employing over 500 staff.Duties Preparation and cooking of meals as per the set menu Communicating with Site Manager and Facility staff Provide supervision and direction to Kitchen Staff Ensure safe food handling and hygiene practices are maintained Completion of food safety documentation Maintain feedback monitoring processes Adhere to budgets, stocktake and regular ordering procedures Skills & experience Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in Aged Care preferred Experience with Western Cooking Basic computer skills, including Outlook Culture Contemporary Catering promotes a diverse and supportive workplace, in a fast-paced environment.
