Due to an internal promotion, they have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their Australian operation based in Hawthorn (Hybrid) on a full-time basis.
**Role and Responsibilities**
As the Internal Sales Representative, you'll be working closely with their customers to understand customer needs and to ensure a smooth sales process.
Day to day your duties will include:
- Act as the 1st point of contact for their customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads through incoming activities
- Consult with customers to propose solutions, answer queries, provide additional information
- Prepare quotations in consultation with customers and internal senior managers
- Participate in proactive sales by researching the industry, reaching out to customers, and initiating discussions with potential customers
- Participate in trade shows, events, and customer visits
**Experience**
It is essential you have a proactive and confident communication style with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
