Currently seeking a Property Manager, this team works well together in servicing beautiful houses and apartments. With loads of support from the directors, Leasing Team & admin team, this role will suit someone who is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors. 
The Role: 
- Monday – Friday role
- Managing 180 properties, the portfolio is local to the Inner West
- Leasing consultant/property officer for support – this person does the leasing & ingoings
- Landlords & tenant correspondence
- Repairs & maintenance
- Outgoing inspections
- Arrears control
The Candidate: 
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- The ability to work well in a team
- We are looking for someone who can train their junior
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license
- Strong administration and communication skills
