With loads of support from the directors, Leasing Team & admin team, this role will suit someone who is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors.
The Role:
* Monday – Friday role
* Managing 180 properties, the portfolio is local to the Inner West
* Leasing consultant/property officer for support – this person does the leasing & ingoings
* Landlords & tenant correspondence
* Repairs & maintenance
* Outgoing inspections
* Arrears control
The Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Property Manager
* The ability to work well in a team
* We are looking for someone who can train their junior
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license
* Strong administration and communication skills
The Benefits:
* Paying up to $100K including super, dependent on experience
