The RoleProcare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Tasmania.
As a Factual Investigator, your day is designed by you — this role offers variety and autonomy over your working day.
We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.ResponsibilitiesAttend various locations, predominantly within Launceston and a proportion of work across Tasmania;Interview appropriate key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; andPrepare and draft factual reports.About YouHold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;Experience conducting Workers Compensation, CTP and General Insurance investigations is preferred;Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;Strong attention to detail and be self-motivated to meet deadlines;If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.What We OfferExcellent remuneration & employee benefits;Adaptable arrangements – work from home or one of our conveniently located offices!
