Work Health and Safety Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Advisor to contribute to the enhancement of our organisation's positive safety culture.
* Provide expert WHS advice and training to staff members to ensure a safe working environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant health and safety policies and legislation. They will be able to develop and implement effective WHS strategies to mitigate risks and promote a positive safety culture within the organisation. The successful applicant will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

1. Developing and implementing effective WHS strategies and policies that align with organisational objectives.
2. Providing expert guidance and support to employees on WHS matters, including risk assessment, hazard identification, and control measures.
3. Conducting regular site visits to monitor and assess the effectiveness of WHS systems and practices.
4. Collaborating with senior management and other stakeholders to develop and implement WHS initiatives and programs.
5. Analyzing and reporting on WHS data and trends to inform business decisions and improve outcomes.
