* Maintain a large pipeline of qualified customers and consistently deliver excellent service.
* Help small business owners compare and apply for finance from a wide range of lenders.
* Prospect and settle warm inbound opportunities as well as nurture a book of previously settled clients.
* Contribute regularly to the development of new and improved processes.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years sales experience either face-to-face or phone-based.
* Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions.
* Results-driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPIs.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Keen interest in learning about finance.
* Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting.
