Join Healix as a People Advisor / HR Generalist and play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end HR support, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local employment legislation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a global organisation, partnering closely with our UK-based People Team while tailoring solutions to local needs. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to leaders, and champion our global People Strategy in the region.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in HR generalist/advisory roles within APAC.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and modern award system.
* Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working across time zones in a global matrix structure.
* Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
Desirable
Experience with multi-country HR operations (New Zealand experience is a plus).

About The Role
What you'll do
* Own the employee lifecycle – Manage everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, making sure every stage reflects our culture and values.
* Drive recruitment success – Partner with hiring managers and the global People Team to attract top talent, write compelling job adverts, and lead interviews.
* Champion compliance and best practice – Keep us aligned with Australian employment law and modern award requirements, adapting global policies to local needs.
* Be a trusted advisor – Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and absence management, managers to handle situations confidently and fairly.
* Lead payroll coordination – Oversee accurate and timely payroll for the APAC region, liaising with providers and resolving queries quickly.
* Harness data for impact – Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful reporting to support strategic decisions.
* Boost engagement and wellbeing – Implement initiatives that promote inclusion, wellbeing, and a positive employee experience across the region.
* Collaborate globally – Act as the link between APAC and the UK People Team, contributing to global HR projects and sharing regional insights to shape our People Strategy.
Skills Needed
Required Criteria
* Proven experience in HR generalist/advisory roles, within APAC.
* Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and contractual processes.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and modern award system.
* Ability to handle performance management and disciplinary matters confidently.
Desired Criteria
* Exposure to multi-country HR operations (New Zealand experience advantageous).
