We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Baker/Production Manager to join our team at Bakers Delight Lavington.
As a Head Baker/Production Manager, you will be responsible for the operations and profitability of Bakers Delight Lavington. Your role includes leading and motivating your team to produce quality products and deliver excellent customer service to meet sales and performance targets. You will also be involved in training your team in bakery operations, adhering to standards, policies, and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will:
1. Have experience managing bakery stores or restaurants with strong baking expertise
2. Understand the importance of compliance with work health and safety standards
3. Be a strong communicator with good conflict management skills
4. Be able to influence and motivate others
You should be comfortable leading a team to deliver consistent quality products, contributing to Bakers Delight Lavington's success by achieving results and meeting budgets. The role is full-time, with hours spread across weekdays and weekends, including early mornings and late evenings, in line with bakery operations.
