We now have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Delivery Coordinator to join the team based at Arundel.
About the Position
- Ensure that every customer experience is memorable
- Coordinate delivery and presentation of new vehicles to our customers
- Liaise with finance, PD and other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Provide comprehensive overview of features and benefits of the recent vehicle (full training provided)
- Follow up calls after delivery and obtain survey returns
- Provide ad‑hoc support as required
About You
- Strong understanding of how to deliver a first‑class customer experience
- Ability to go beyond the extra mile
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing role
- Excellent personal presentation and communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to all situations and personalities in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Any exposure to the automotive industry advantageous, but not required
