We're seeking Home Care/Support Workers and Nursing Students for regular roles in Glenorchy, Sorell, Rosny, Oatlands, Brighton, and surrounding areas due to expanding client needs.

What We Look For

* Reliable vehicle, current driver's licence, and willingness to travel within specified areas.
* Strong communication skills, courteous, and responsive.
* Flexibility for various shifts (short/long, all times).
* Current experience in community/home care, support work, and complex physical needs.
* Self‑led, responsible, and coachable.
* Proficiency in English (other languages a plus).
* Required documentation: National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector), Current Driver's Licence, Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion, NDIS Worker Screener, First Aid and CPR Certificate, Qualifications.


Your Responsibilities

* Provide skilled, quality in‑home care including personal care, companionship, medication administration, and assisting community access and running errands.
* Complete mandatory paid e‑learning and competency programs.
* Confidently detect and report concerns to clinical manager.
* Proactively seek ways to enhance clients' lives.
