Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and deliver high-quality library programs and events that build community capacity and promote lifelong learning, collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to create a sense of place and focus for community celebration, negotiation and communication effectively with stakeholders to achieve community aspirations.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful community programs.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, influencing skills, ability to mentor, motivate and train volunteers and staff in a customer-centric environment.
