The Key Responsibilities
* Support sales administrators with end-to-end admin duties for all sales listings.
* Create accurate property listings in CRM systems (e.g., REX).
* Prepare and coordinate sales campaigns with internal marketing teams.
* Update websites and manage listing changes throughout campaigns.
* Book appointments and manage calendars for listed properties.
* Process exchanges and sales documentation efficiently.
* Provide general administrative support to agents and office operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Hold a valid Certificate of Registration.
* Prior experience in real estate sales administration is essential.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills are required.
* High-level customer service and communication abilities are expected.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities is crucial.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are necessary.
* A Real Estate Licence is highly desirable but not mandatory.
