* Process intakes, conduct client care assessments, and maintain accurate records in compliance with AHPRA regulations.
* Coordinate care provision according to client needs, service/care plans, and available funding.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Australian National Police check.
* Professional Indemnity Insurance.
* Valid Driver's License and reliable presentable car.
* Smart mobile phone (iPhone/android).

* Cert IV in Training and Assessment - highly desirable.
