The Role
This part-time position involves supporting the Store Manager in various aspects of store operations, including processing transactions, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
* Showcase leadership behaviors to develop, motivate, and inspire the team
* Demonstrate a passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Contribute to visual merchandising and stock replenishment efforts to maintain a high standard of store appearance
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's management or supervisor experience
* Experience in coaching and developing a team
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
