What does the role look like?
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the team on a full time basis. You will have the opportunity to work with talented chefs as well as learn new techniques and be a key team player within the Madame Hanoi team.
What you will look like?
Having worked in a similar environment previously, you will have proven experience building your career as a Junior Sous Chef. You are passionate about your craft, good food and quality ingredients. The ability to lead by example, multi-task, effectively follow and give directions will set you up for success with this role.
You will have experience in Asian cuisine and possess the relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
