Duties include:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with the people you support.
* Follow established care plans.
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
* Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes.
* Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided.
Requirements:
* Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field (eg: Disability, Mental Health etc.) - Or working toward
* Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
* Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
* Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
* 2 professional supervisor references
* Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
* Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain)
