Technical Sales Representative
Our client, based within the central Gold Coast region, is forging ahead within their sector, with a solid product range and positive reputation in the market. An opportunity has become available for a Technical Sales Representative to join the company in a full time salaried role with a competitive commission structure on offer as well as a fully maintained vehicle (Ford Ranger), phone and laptop.
Your role will be responsible for building relationships and seeking further opportunities with current clients as well as developing new business opportunities in the market from prospecting. We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative that has confidence in their approach, enjoys the hunt and is strategic in securing new clients and building their business.
- Demonstrated experience as a sales representative / BDM / account manager
- Experience within a technical sales role - sealants, adhesives, marine, automotive, construction would be highly regarded
- A self-starter with a strategic approach to researching, generating leads, cold-calling, asking for referrals and following sales processes
- The demonstrated ability in past employment to meet/exceed KPI's, grow sales and your client base
- Excellent client service, account management, communication and negotiation skills
On offer is a competitive remuneration package including a base salary with an attractive commission structure, a phone, laptop and fully maintained motor vehicle (Ford Ranger).
