Stroud Homes GC is looking for an experienced Site Manager for the Gold Coast area.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role. The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage site staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and liaise with local councils and clients. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, scheduling tasks using Onsite Companion, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects align with timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Qualifications
* Experience in site management, construction supervision, and project management
* Knowledge of local building regulations and council requirements
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in Construction Management or related fields
* Previous experience with residential construction projects is a plus
