Children and young people may have high to complex needs, and we aim to promote consistent and stable teams to support their recovery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and certifications:
* Cert IV Qualification Recognized Under Child Safety Standards (or Willingness to Study)
* Certification in Hope and Healing for Residential Care (or Ability to Obtain)
* Current P1 C Class Driver's License
* Ownership of a Roadworthy, Fully Insured Vehicle
* First Aid and CPR Certificates (or Ability to Obtain)
* Positive Notice Working with Children (Blue Card) (or Ability to Obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or Ability to Obtain)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
