About the Position
As a dedicated administration professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely and accurate support to our Manufacturing team. A key aspect of this position is ensuring a strong commitment to working safely in all aspects of your work.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Responding to inquiries and providing quotations for standard spare parts
* Managing time and attendance records for payroll purposes
* Issuing and releasing work orders; closing completed work orders
* Organizing external services to the plant site
* Preparing folders and specifications for the factory floor
* Receiving manufactured components for MTO/WIP inventory
* Generating invoices and following up on outstanding payments
* Purchasing consumable items outside of stock
* Raising and processing non-stock site purchase orders
* Welcoming limited groups of visitors to the site and handling initial phone queries
About You
You will be an experienced administrator with exceptional time management skills and the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
Key qualities include:
* Strong interpersonal skills as a primary point of contact on-site
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP, and Outlook
* Ability to establish positive working relationships with all staff members
