WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU The successful candidate will have; - Commercial Cookery qualification - Minimum 5 years experience in modern, busy restaurants which are known for using quality fresh produce - Experience supervising others through the use of a professional and motivating leadership style - A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays - You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia, with no limitations or visa sponsorship.
