Experience working in a Managed Service Provider is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, O365, Exchange and SharePoint etc. Experience managing Azure Active Directory administration Group Policy Citrix Virtual Apps Good understanding of networking principles hardware such as routers switches etc capable of working on smaller network projects A collaborative mindset with excellent written verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience customer-facing roles both internal external Ability to collaborate effectively monitor timelines execute tasks efficiently maintain records create reports verify satisfaction tracking executed efficient complete plans procedures methodologies certification improvement�
