We are now scaling our social media and video content to match our growth — and we're looking for a creative force to lead that charge.
What's the Role?
Linea is seeking a Melbourne-based Social Media Producer & Creator who lives and breathes video. You'll craft highly engaging, trend-based content and personally present on camera — helping grow Linea's social audiences across TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you will lead creative ideation, execution and optimisation of video-first content — from daily Reels to bigger content series, collaborations, influencer content and campaign launches. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to shape the future of video content for our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Ideation
* Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to build a consistent, premium and trend-responsive content calendar.
* Generate creative concepts based on audience insights, performance data, trending formats and platform opportunities.
* Contribute to broader campaign ideation and long-term content strategy.
On-Camera Hosting & Production
* Present and shoot high-quality video content, owning the face and personality of Linea's social presence.
* Script, shoot and edit content — balancing speed with quality.
* Brief, coordinate and manage external videographers and editors for premium production work.
Workflow & Project Management
* Manage content approvals, revisions and delivery deadlines with Linea leadership.
* Ensure all videos are platform-fit, on-brand and performance-optimised.
* Supervise and coordinate influencer, creator and UGC content — including briefing, logistics and alignment with brand standards.
Performance & Optimisation
* Monitor content performance (engagement, retention, growth) and translate findings into informed creative decisions.
* Recommend iterative improvements and emerging formats to maximise reach and impact.

* You're ahead of social trends and understand what makes content pop on TikTok, Instagram and similar platforms.
* You think conceptually and can turn audience insights into standout content ideas.

* You're comfortable presenting and shooting your own content with energy and authenticity.
* You bring professionalism and creativity to every shoot — whether solo or with collaborators.
Skilled & Detail-Oriented
* You have experience producing and editing short-form video content (either professionally or on your own channels).
* You're highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
Platform-Savvy
* Deep working knowledge of Meta (Reels/Stories) and TikTok best practices, trends and analytics.
* A passion for video storytelling with an eye for performance.
Collaborative
* You work well with cross-functional teams and external partners, and communicate clearly at every stage of production.
