# Client Manager | Southeast QueenslandDrive sales success across the Gatton, Stanthorpe & Lockyer Valley region through strong customer relationships and close collaboration with the Queensland and broader sales teams.#### Your role at Rijk Zwaan In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, responsible for developing enduring relationships aligned with Rijk Zwaan's commercial strategy. You will work closely with colleagues across sales, crop specialisation and technical functions to understand customer needs and translate these into tailored solutions.This position carries significant individual and team responsibility, requiring strong commercial insight, sound judgement and a genuine drive to uncover opportunities, deliver value and contribute to ongoing sales growth.#### Your contribution: You bring a motivated, solution-focused approach, combining your exceptional sales skills with a strong understanding of horticultural production and a commitment to quality and service. You are ambitious and results focus, driven by a genuine passion for customer service, consistently seeking ways to add value and support long term growth. Known for your clear, confident communication style, you build trust through open and honest dialogue and work collaboratively to support customer success. With careful listening and thoughtful negotiation, you guide conversations forward and develop enduring partnerships.In addition, we can find the following on your resume:* University Agricultural qualification (Desired).* A minimum of 5-7 years of sales or account management experience in the agriculture industry.* Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of key clients and proactively identify and address their needs.* Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company aspirations.* A customer-focused mindset with a relationship-driven approach to effectively influence key stakeholders.* Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales reporting.* Team collaboration mentality, with the ability to work independently.
