GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
Leads the Facilities Department in creating, maintaining, and implementing the Facilities Master Maintenance Plan. Oversees on-the-job training, certifications, and safety procedures within the department. Assists in preparing for the Facilities Master Plan and future construction projects. Supervises employees involved in projects and follows instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor or Director. Visits district locations to assess conditions, review documents, and assist in planning budget items. Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and electronic.
