We have a customer facing role available in our Stockland Point Cook Shopping Centre. Based on our customer care desk, as a Customer Care Officer, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as providing support to the centre management team.
This is a casual role with Tuesday - Wednesday, 1.00pm - 5.00pm and Saturday, 9.00am - 4.00pm and Sunday, 11.00am - 3.00pm availability essential. There will be the opportunity for additional hours to cover leave and over busy periods.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Addressing diverse customers' needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland's brand essence
- Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business
- Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre
- Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues
- Follow all public liability incident management process
**About you**
- Prior experience delivering great, face to face customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and basic Excel
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude
- Strong attention to details and a keen ability to show initiative
