Job Description
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
* Lead and drive financial performance for the AUS division.
* Review and provide oversight of all financial reports from the team.
* Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, both monthly and yearly.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and government requirements, including tax.
* Participate in financial projects, when applicable.
* Look for potential improvements in financial systems and processes.
* Stakeholder management and liaison with external auditors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should be able to demonstrate:
* A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
* CA or CPA qualification, preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards.
* Experience with SAP or other large ERP system.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of three.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
