Executive Assistant Support

Our client is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In this role. you will provide high-level executive support while also playing a key role in coordinating governance workshops and supporting Board processes.
Key Duties:
* Providing executive assistant support to the CEO, including diary management, correspondence, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
* Coordinating and organising governance workshops for the Board, managing logistics, schedules, and liaison with facilitators.
* Supporting governance processes, including preparing Board papers, agendas, and minutes where required.
* Assisting with governance administration, including documentation and rulebook-related processes.
* Delivering high-level administrative support across the executive office.
Key Capabilities:
* Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
* Strong organisational skills, with proven experience coordinating workshops, meetings, and governance activities.
* Experience supporting Board or organisational governance processes
* Confidence in coordinating multiple stakeholders, including Board members, facilitators, and internal staff.
* Excellent writing and document preparation skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
* A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
