Job Description
This role involves the assessment and treatment of young people aged 12 to 24. Services are provided in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and community-based clinics.
The Role
You will deliver high-quality mental health care to young people with acute needs across a range of community settings. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for young people aged 12 to 24
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health care
* Consult and collaborate with other mental health professionals, general practitioners, and service providers
* Contribute to supervision and mentoring of psychiatric registrars and other medical staff
