As a key member of our direct fuel team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the company as a trusted fuel partner in Western Australia.
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects including resellers, distributors, and end-users.
* Drive both B2B and B2C market growth and consistently meet sales targets.
* Conduct cold calling, client visits, and lead commercial negotiations.
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.
* Monitor contractual compliance and resolve issues promptly.
* Oversee credit terms and work with internal teams on account management.
* Deliver market intelligence and competitor analysis to senior management.
* Ensure all company equipment and assets are maintained to standard.
About You:
* A comprehensive understanding of the WA fuel market and hydrocarbon supply chain is essential.
* At least 7 years of B2B, B2C sales experience, ideally in the fuel or energy sector.
* A proven track record in managing full sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with integrity and professionalism.
