Job Description
As an Agricultural Training Officer, you will be responsible for managing and operating one of the farm enterprises, conducting training and assessment in a real-life setting.
You will work with a small team of horticulture trainers and farm management personnel to maintain the College grounds and assist with horticultural tasks related to vegetable, citrus, and grape growing.
Prepare and deliver training programs and supervise groups of students in a workplace environment. Work effectively without close supervision as part of a team.
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Agriculture (or equivalent) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Upskilling is provided within the first 6–12 months of employment if qualifications are not currently held.
