Key responsibilities include providing clinical care, supervising and managing care workers, conducting thorough client assessments, and administering treatment as required.
A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration are essential requirements. Additionally, you'll need strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience working in an aged-care centre environment, and knowledge of clinical issues related to ageing.
This role offers competitive compensation, including hourly base rates between $42.68 - $54.51 per hour + 11.5% superannuation, as well as shift penalties based on experience.
