Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
* Ensure the front office area is well-maintained and organized, reflecting positively on the park's image.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
* High level of computer literacy, particularly with the MS Office suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
