Key Responsibilities
* Daily Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining excellent store presentation.
* Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Staff Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-energy team culture.
* In-Store Marketing: Implement in-store marketing initiatives and promotions in collaboration with the head office team.
* Inventory Management: Conduct regular audits, manage inventory levels, and oversee stock replenishment.
Requirements
* 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably within premium, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
* A strong leader and mentor who thrives on coaching and developing a team.
* Proven ability to drive sales, exceed KPIs, and create a customer-first culture.
* Strong operational and stock management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with Shopify and JIFI systems is highly regarded.
