About the Role

They are looking for a Commercial Lawyer (4+ PAE) to join their team and work directly with a highly experienced Principal. You’ll gain exposure to complex, high-value matters and enjoy real responsibility from day one. Duties
In this role you will:
* Prepare, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
* Work across a broad range of commercial matters including business sales & acquisitions, structuring and joint ventures, property (leasing, acquisitions and development), and commercial litigation in the Magistrates’ and County Court, including disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters.
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership on all aspects of matters
Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will have:
* 4+ years PAE handling a broad range of commercial law matters
* Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence working directly with clients
* A proactive, can-do attitude
