Role Overview
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life in a thoughtful, consistent and considered way. You'll be responsible for the design and production of all printed materials and digital assets across Market Lane – from our email newsletters, social media content and packaging to visual merchandising collateral for our shops and wholesale partners. You'll work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate across the business to create high-quality design that supports our website, retail shops, marketing campaigns, and wholesale and education teams.
What You'll Do:
• Fulfill diverse graphic design requirements across the business, from digital communications to product packaging
• Design and produce digital assets including EDMs, social media content, website assets and presentations
• Create printed materials such as packaging, postcards, wrapping paper, our printed journal, promotional materials and educational booklets
• Develop visual merchandising collateral including decals, signage, posters and light box designs for our shops and wholesale partners
• Work closely with our Marketing team and collaborate with people across the business to develop high-quality design concepts that support their needs
What We're Looking For & Key Requirements
• At least 2–3 years' experience working in a Graphic Design role
• Proven ability to conceptualise, design, plan and produce projects and campaigns for print and digital applications
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and working knowledge of Office programs, template creation and working on a Mac
• Multi-tasking and organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise workload while working both as part of a team and autonomously
• Highly developed time management and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Flawless finished art skills and an eagle eye for detail
Location and Hours
This is a permanent position based at our Head Office and Roastery in Brunswick East. The role can be tailored for someone looking for 3-5 days of work per week.
