About The Role
As an Educator in our Early Learning Centre, you will:
* Work closely with Early Learning Teachers and Educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences
* Ensure that daily interactions and beliefs are underpinned by Child Safe Standards
* Uphold Education and Care Services National Regulations at all times
* Support the learning, wellbeing and inclusion of all children
* Be a positive role model through professional behaviour and communication
* Ensure high quality active supervision at all times
* Assist with documenting and evaluating children's observations and records in line with Department of Education requirements
* Your passion for early years learning—and your commitment to creating joyful, safe and nurturing environments—will shine through everything you do.
