Join WL Centralin’s lean, high-impact Australia team to own our Amazon storefront and lead social media & KOL activations for our laundry and household product ranges sold through Australia’s leading supermarkets. You’ll run day-to-day marketplace operations, plan and execute social campaigns, manage influencer seeding, and optimise content to drive discoverability, conversion and repeat purchase.

Reports to: Head of BD / National Sales Manager
Key responsibilities
- Manage our Amazon Seller/Vendor account: listings, A+ / Enhanced Brand Content, inventory health, pricing, promotions and customer service coordination.
- Plan, launch and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD), monitor ACOS and keyword performance.
- Maintain the social content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok — brief creatives, write copy, schedule posts and measure performance.
- Lead KOL / influencer seeding and partnerships: identify relevant creators, manage outreach, negotiate terms, coordinate briefs and track outcomes.
- Produce and manage content assets (short-form video, photography, static creative) with internal or external partners.
- Analyse channel performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports (sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, customer feedback) with actionable recommendations.
- Support launch campaigns, promotions and bundle strategies aligned with supermarket programs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply and Customer Service to ensure stock availability and fulfilment.
- Keep up to date with Amazon / social platform policy and feature updates; implement best practices.
Must-have
- 1–3 years’ hands-on experience in e-commerce / digital marketing / social media, with direct exposure to Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Practical experience running Amazon advertising and optimising for ACOS/ROAS.
- Experience managing influencer / KOL seeding and partnerships.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills for product listings and social.
- Comfortable with data and analytics — able to turn insights into actions.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines in a fast-moving, lean team.
- Proactive, commercially minded and collaborative.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Helium10 / Jungle Scout / Sellics, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Premiere, Photoshop).
- FMCG / household products experience and familiarity with supermarket trade cycles (an advantage).
- Knowledge of FBA / 3PL logistics workflows.
KPIs you’ll own
- Amazon monthly GMV and conversion rate
- ACOS / campaign ROAS targets
- Social follower growth, engagement rate and CTR
- Successful KOL activations (reach, engagement, UTM-tracked conversions)
- On-time content & campaign delivery
