We are looking to place a strategically-led Talent with an eye for detail and passion for creating consumer content campaigns. You have proven paid social experience & describe yourself as a highly organised, efficient, project manager that can juggle several hats. You can turn a trend into a genuine creative thought-starter or potentially award-winning idea. As the successful Contract Social & Content Director, you’ll lead a small social team in developing strategy and content creation on key client partner accounts across entertainment. You're self aware, have incredible intuition, and can "read the play". This is an exciting role for someone passionate about social media & has their finger on the pulse of content trends, culture-first creativity, emerging platforms, and formats. With a key focus on project management, you'll be responsible for creating interesting and engaging stories across various social media platforms across Meta, LinkedIn & TikTok. The Opportunity: Work with the leadership team & manage/mentor a small team Working across several renowned brands to develop social media content aligned with the brand’s social media strategy Developing strategies and tactics to help our clients achieve their commercial objectives through social media Engaging with our clients in the course of the development, delivery and optimisation of social media strategy and content Leveraging social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads to plan, action and review campaign performance Lead meetings, and discussions and present your ideas confidently to clients and senior management Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for multiple social media channels. You: Live in Melbourne & have full working rights (sorry, no sponsorship) Available for a full 12-month period 5-6 years of social media marketing and/or content creation experience Demonstrable experience leading teams Extensive experience developing social media strategy, content and copywriting Experience running social media accounts for brands The ability to create engaging visual social media assets and a solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite A passion for creativity and coming up with new content ideas The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong communication skills to confidently share ideas and present work to other team members and clients Strong organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlines A proactive approach to work and delivering great results for clients An enthusiastic attitude to creative challenges and tight deadlines Previous experience in an agency or in-house background is essential More info via anna@agencyiceberg.com.au Please note: salary listed is a guide only.
