The Venue
Collier Park is currently a bustling public 27-hole golf course, 18-hole mini golf course and driving range with a thriving café and functions outfit to complement. Later this year, we'll begin construction in a huge $20m transformation, introducing a full restaurant, dedicated 200 pax function centre, entertainment based (and F&B serviced) driving range, padel tennis courts, playground and a new retail base.
Retaining all 27 holes of golf and our floodlit mini golf course, we'll become a community hub, where you can also play golf. We couldn't be more excited, and we're looking for great people to join us on the journey.
We're on the hunt for a suitably qualified Cook who's passionate about serving up memorable experiences through delicious, high-quality food.
We are open to casual, part-time or full-time positions for the right candidate.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and execution of menu items
* Collaborating with the Chef / Food and Beverage Manager to maintain high-quality service and menu offerings
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen space
* Adhering to food safety standards and guidelines
About you
Ideally you:
* 2+ proven years' experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality, Entertainment and/or Recreation industries.
* Safe Food handling certification
* Cert 3/4 Commercial Cookery
* Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to work weekdays and weekends
* Current First Aid and Police Check
