The Position

Future Leadership seeks to appoint a proactive, people focused business services administrator to provide project documentation, daily coordination and client liaison activity in support of executive talent acquisition processes.

Working closing with in our Talent Acquisition business, and participating as a key member of the broader Future Leadership support team, your day will be varied with responsibilities including:

* Administrative and project support for the Business Unit
* Database management
* Written and verbal client and candidate communication
* High quality document production including proposals, assignment reports and executive search process documentation
* Scheduling and coordination of interview processes
* Meeting coordination, travel arrangement and interview panel support
* Assisting with function and event preparation

No day is the same. You will be proactive, well organised, detail-oriented, a flexible and fast learner and an enthusiastic team-player. With the ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and show initiative when required, you will be highly articulate and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. In addition, you will be tech savvy with strong MS Office skills. A demonstrated focus on high quality service delivery is essential, combined with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in administrative/executive support or project management within professional services or a human resources/recruitment function.
