The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Senior HR Advisor will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR support while acting as a trusted partner to leaders across the business. Responsibilities include:
* Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle
* Manage ER matters end-to-end, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
* Support and coach managers on best practice people management
* Contribute to the delivery of P&C initiatives across culture, engagement, and capability
* Assist in driving process improvements, governance, and HR best practice
* Work closely with a broader P&C team, with opportunity to mentor junior team members
* Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with diverse workforce groups
* Opportunity to step up into broader leadership responsibilities over time
The Candidate
You are an experienced HR Advisor ready to step into a more senior role, with strong foundations across generalist HR and proven ER/IR capability. You are confident managing employee matters and partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical, commercial outcomes.
