The Finance Manager, Fixed Assets will provide daily guidance to indirect reports and collaborate across operational and finance teams. This role oversees asset lifecycle activities for Westpac to ensure compliance and governance, while producing and reviewing asset data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Acting both strategically and tactically, the manager will lead initiatives to enhance asset management efficiency for major asset classes. A key responsibility includes optimizing the fixed asset system/module to improve data quality and usability. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are essential for driving improvement and integration across business functions. What do I need? CA or CPA qualification coupled with established experience in Fixed Assets (approx 5 years) Data analysis and financial reporting skills required Oracle (or any other FA software) preferred Experience using Power BI or a similar dashboard/reporting tool People leadership experience required for indirect management Why join us?
