Job Title: Customer Success Representative


About the Job:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for leading customer retention and revenue growth within your territory of restaurants.

* You will work closely with customers to increase product adoption, improve their online availability, and grow their business through our partnership.
* You will become a trusted adviser to our customers, influencing ongoing retention of their business with us.
* You will maintain an in-depth understanding of all products and services that we offer.
* You will proactively incorporate company strategies into your work, identifying opportunities to increase your impact with customers.
* You will share and implement standard methodologies with members of the sales and restaurant relations team.
* You will be highly visible and frequently face-to-face with our customers in the field.
* You will stay current with organizational changes, initiatives, and vision.


Qualifications:

* You are passionate about hospitality and technology.
* You have experience in restaurant management and/or sales in the food and beverage industry.
* You are curious, humble, and eager to learn.
* You are able to effectively influence and use data to guide your decisions.
* You are self-motivated and have the grit necessary to thrive against ambitious expectations.
* You naturally communicate well and can establish trust with people genuinely and quickly.
* You are proficient in the use of Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
