Key Responsibilities
* Prep and cook menu items across lunch and dinner services
* Maintain a well-organised section
* E nsure food meets restaurant standards in quality, flavour and presentation
* Produce handmade regional Italian pasta
* Produce Italian regional pastries and breads
* O pen oysters efficiently
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
* F ollow food safety and hygiene guidelines
* Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams in a supportive environment
* Support menu development and seasonal changes as directed by senior chefs
