Are you a passionate IT professional ready to make an impact across dynamic client environments? We’re looking for a highly motivated IT Technician to join our growing team on the Northern Beaches.
What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for helpdesk support – in person, via phone, and remotely
Support tech transitions, software upgrades, rollouts, and infrastructure troubleshooting
Maintain and set up computers, tablets, printers, routers, switches, and more
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to resolve technical issues
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and equipment tracking
Travel locally for drop-offs, pickups, and customer site visits
Essential Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
Current NSW Driver’s License
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Applicants must be physically capable of performing the inherent requirements of the role, including working on-site and off-site as needed and being available full-time
Must have access to a reliable car and a mobile phone
1–3 years’ experience in IT support or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (certification highly regarded)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

A team player with initiative, punctuality, and attention to detail
A tech enthusiast with a Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in IT, networking, or programming
Experience with Windows environments and a strong grasp of internet security and data privacy
Ability to work independently, organise workloads, and follow through
