Inland Power Solutions (IPS) is an electrical company accredited with NSW Resources and Energy to perform contestable works within Essential Energy's network. As an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) we provide consultancy, design, maintenance, and construction to extend or install Distribution Overhead and Underground Electrical networks. IPS has a lot of work in the pipeline and we are seeking staff to join us at our Griffith depot.
Role
* Installation of Overhead and Underground Powerlines
* Construction of low and high voltage electrical apparatus to Essential Energy Standards
* Capability to interpret and apprehend electrical drawings
* Have a sound knowledge of WHS standards and regulations
* Supervise projects
Qualifications and Experience
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Strong work ethic
* Current Manual Drivers' Licence
* Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead or Certificate III in ESI - Distribution Underground
* White Card
* Strong industry background and strong time management skills
* Provide First Aid & LV Rescue
* High Risk >11m EWP Licence
Desirable Criteria but not essential
* HR Drivers Licence
* Elevated Work Platform Ticket
* Advanced Metering Experience
* Essential Energy Network Experience (Overhead/Underground)
* Essential Energy Accredited Service Provider Class 1A
* Poly Cable Jointing
* High Risk Crane Licence
