About the role
The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a central role in leading day-to-day marketing activities across a select number of Sportsnet's partnerships with major sporting bodies. The role works closely with web developers, graphic designers, content writers and digital marketing specialists to plan and execute marketing campaigns across our websites, email marketing platforms, SMS, affiliate and social media channels.

A successful Marketing Campaign Coordinator will possess

2. Highly organised persona with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. The ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
4. An understanding of working in a deadline-driven environment
Main responsibilities include
5. Support the Marketing Manager in developing campaign strategies aligned to brand, partnership and commercial objectives
6. Manage ongoing, dynamic marketing plans for allocated partnership brands in line with event calendars, the latest news and brand guidelines
7. Work closely with content writers, digital specialists, developers and designers to execute campaign requirements across all relevant channels
8. Plan and manage EDM, SMS, organic, and paid social media calendars
9. Support SEO and UX optimisation across all website content in conjunction with the web developers and digital marketing specialists
10. Assist in planning and implementing customer journey content across manual and automated channels
11. Support the mapping of customer touchpoints across different audience segments and marketing objectives
12. Assist in maintaining clear communication channels between internal and external stakeholders from a marketing perspective
Applicants must have
13. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
14. 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
15. Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
16. Proficiency in email marketing platforms
17. Experience with Meta Ads Manager or equivalent paid social platforms
18. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
19. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
